Blu-Ray/HD DVD Copy Helper User License

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using Blu-Ray/HD DVD Copy Helper. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement. This is a legal agreement (this "Agreement") between you (either an individual or an entity) and CopyHDDVD.Net.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. CopyHDDVD.Net hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Blu-Ray/HD DVD Copy Helper. You may use Blu-Ray/HD DVD Copy Helper to burn/rip your own Blu-ray movies. You are not granted any right, title, or interest in Blu-Ray/HD DVD Copy Helper except the right to use it in accordance with this Agreement.

2. REDISTRIBUTION. Redistribution and reselling of Blu-Ray/HD DVD Copy Helper is not allowed.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO BLU-RAY/HD DVD COPY HELPER. CopyHDDVD.Net reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, BLU-RAY/HD DVD COPY HELPER with or without notice. You agree that CopyHDDVD.Net shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

4. WARRANTY.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

(a) YOUR USE OF BLU-RAY/HD DVD COPY HELPER IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. CopyHDDVD.Net EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

(b) CopyHDDVD.Net MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE OUTPUT MEDIA FILES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE OUTPUT MEDIA FILES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF BLU-RAY/HD DVD COPY HELPER WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF BLU-RAY/HD DVD COPY HELPER, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH CopyHDDVD.Net WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

(c) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF BLU-RAY/HD DVD COPY HELPER IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

(d) NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM CopyHDDVD.Net OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS USER LICENCE AGREEMENT.

5. COPYRIGHT.Blu-Ray/HD DVD Copy Helper is owned by CopyHDDVD.Net and is protected by international treaty provisions.

6. TERMINATION. The license will terminate immediately without notice from CopyHDDVD.Net if you fail to comply with any provision of this license. You agree that CopyHDDVD.Net, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of Blu-Ray/HD DVD Copy Helper or use of any other service,for any reason. You agree that any termination of your access Blu-Ray/HD DVD Copy Helper under any provision of this license agreement may be effected without prior notice. Further, you agree that CopyHDDVD.Net shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL CopyHDDVD.Net OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT, OR FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES HOW EVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE BLU-RAY/HD DVD COPY HELPER, EVEN IF CopyHDDVD.Net HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement is made under, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, international law.
